Nintendo of Australia has announced that Mario Tennis Open will be released in Australia on May 24th. Mario Tennis Open is being developed by the awesome guys at Camelot Games and it will feature a fully function multiplayer mode, supporting download play and online play. Sounds awesome!

A new eShop shelf has been created for Kirby. Hidden within the shelf is information regarding Kirby’s Block Ball. The product page states that Kirby’s Block Ball will hit the North American eShop soon and will cost $2.99.

Many weeks ago, Amazon.com revealed that they would stop selling Nintendo 3DS systems directly. Instead customers could only purchase them from third party merchants. Amazon.com never gave a direct reason for why they stopped selling the 3DS apart from that it was going to be “under review”.
However, Amazon.com is now selling the Nintendo 3DS directly. We’re still yet to receive a reason why they stopped selling it in the first place, but at least they’ve resumed selling it! You can buy the 3DS here.

Nicalis has revealed that a remake of 1000 Spikes will make its way onto the Nintendo 3DS eShop later this year. This enhanced version which is to be called 1001 Spikes will feature new art, new graphics, new music and sound. The game will also feature four-player local multiplayer.
